Cancellation

Nothing is charged if you close the payment page or leave midway. Once a payment is complete it cannot be cancelled, because it is given of your own free will.

Refunds

An amount given voluntarily is not refunded. But if, by mistake, you were charged twice, or a payment failed and money was still deducted, email us within 7 days with the payment ID. After checking, the amount is returned by the same method used to pay. Depending on your bank this usually takes 5 to 7 working days.
