Privacy policy

On pichchrapa.com we do not ask for or collect any personal information such as your name, phone number or email (apart from a name and message you choose to write in "Honour the artists").

Video thumbnails come from YouTube's servers (i.ytimg.com), so YouTube may see your IP address when a page opens. The YouTube player does not load until you press a video or a Short. After you press, the video plays in a youtube-nocookie.com player, and YouTube (Google) may use information as per its own policy.

If you give something through "Honour the artists", your name and message are taken only if you write them yourself, and they appear to us in the payment record. Your card, UPI or bank details never reach us; they stay with Razorpay.

The email, phone and WhatsApp buttons only open your email app, phone or WhatsApp. Whatever you send comes straight to us and is used only to reply to you.
